Your Role:
You will be the face of the hotel during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and performing the critical night audit function to close the daily books.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Execute the night audit process, balancing daily revenue, room status, and posting charges.
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and problem resolution.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile the night deposit.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a professional demeanor.
