Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Operations: Handle cash transactions and manage the front desk cash drawer with 100% accuracy.
- Facilities: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light administrative tasks, mail handling, and key management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and eagerness to learn over past history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Interpersonal: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
