Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, checking them in efficiently and answering any inquiries regarding hotel amenities.
- Operations: Operate the switchboard and telephone system professionally, routing calls and taking accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, prepare guest folios, and manage reservations accurately using property management software.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating complex situations to management while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Security: Ensure the safety of guests and property by monitoring access points and adhering to security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
