Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and checking them in efficiently.
- Check-In/Out: Process check-ins and check-outs accurately using our property management system (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Front Office Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage room keys, and handle cash transactions or credit card payments.
- General Hospitality: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the front desk operates 24/7.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are required.
