Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Reception Operations: Manage the front desk, answer multi-line phones with a professional tone, and direct incoming calls appropriately.
- Administrative Support: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verify guest identities, and issue room keys securely.
- Communication Hub: Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages, manage the intercom system, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- General Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the lobby area's cleanliness, organization, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this guest-facing role.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn property management software.
