Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome all guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a premium first impression upon arrival.
- Operations Management: Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Administrative Support: Assist with package handling, mail distribution, and basic data entry tasks.
- Problem Solving: Address guest needs and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless stay.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or reception experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong attitude.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
- Attributes: A professional appearance, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
