Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests warmly, assisting with check-in procedures and providing a detailed orientation of our facilities and local area.
- Operations Management: Efficiently handle phone inquiries, manage reservations, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and urgency, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure a positive resolution.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records in our Property Management System (PMS) and process payments accurately.
- Concierge Services: Provide recommendations and assistance with restaurant reservations, transportation, and local events.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with our brand standards.
