Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the registration process for new and returning guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Multi-Tasking: Handle phone inquiries, email correspondence, and in-person requests simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Shift Flexibility: Adapt to various shift schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Administrative Duties: Process payments, manage mail services, and maintain accurate records in the Property Management System.
- Guest Relations: Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
- Security Protocols: Monitor building access, assist with key management, and ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants; full training is provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm and welcoming personality.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
