Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure all linens, amenities, and supplies are stocked and organized in guest rooms.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow team members.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including proper handling of guest belongings and confidential information.
- Adhere to strict time management schedules to maximize room turnover during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) such as mattresses and luggage.
