Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Manage high-volume phone inquiries and emails with poise and professionalism.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
- Assist with reservation management and room assignments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train our own).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
