Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage)
- Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs with precision and efficiency
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Support hotel events and special functions as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
- Food Handler's or ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
