Responsibilities
- Perform Deep Cleaning: Execute thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using standard cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Laundry & Linens: Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and clothing with strict attention to detail.
- Restocking Supplies: Monitor inventory and restock amenities, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to ensure a fully stocked environment.
- Organizational Skills: Declutter spaces, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure all items are returned to their proper places.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients to address specific cleaning requests or feedback.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any damaged furniture, plumbing issues, or maintenance needs to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently without close supervision.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, spills, and missed spots to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
