Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining inventory logs
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to management
- Adapt cleaning schedules to meet high-demand periods and guest requests
- Follow eco-friendly practices to minimize environmental impact
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid NC driver's license preferred (for supply runs)
- Attention to detail with ability to spot cleanliness issues
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
