Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and tidy.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Handle cash handling and basic accounting duties accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for internal staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English (bilingual is a bonus).
