Responsibilities
- Greets visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manages incoming phone calls and emails with accuracy and courtesy.
- Assists guests with check-in/check-out procedures and provides local information.
- Sorts and distributes mail and packages promptly.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handles front desk inquiries and resolves minor issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior front desk experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
