Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm demeanor and managing the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
- Answering multi-line phone systems and directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assisting visitors with directions, local recommendations, and general information.
- Managing incoming mail, packages, and faxes in a timely manner.
- Assisting in special events and providing administrative support to hotel management.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
