Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
- Handling guest complaints and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Assisting with concierge services and local recommendations when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality field (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
