Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms and public areas
- Restock amenities and supplies according to hotel standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
