Responsibilities
- Sanitize and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Organize and restock cleaning carts and linen closets to ensure efficiency during shifts.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests, responding promptly to any requests.
- Follow all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding guest privacy and property care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (physical stamina required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to complete rooms within allotted timeframes.
- Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and push heavy carts.
