Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, process payments, and handle all front desk transactions accurately.
- Guest Relations: Answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Reservations: Assist with phone inquiries, manage room availability, and process reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Security: Monitor the front desk area for security purposes and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update guest profiles, and complete daily shift reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for our Entry Level positions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel software or POS systems is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays (Shift Work).
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
