Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions or information about Jacksonville.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Support housekeeping and front desk operations as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
