Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person with professionalism.
- Reservation Support: Assist in managing room inventory and answering general hotel inquiries.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate guest needs to the housekeeping team to ensure room readiness.
- Security: Monitor lobby areas and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
Qualifications
