Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, and restock rooms as needed.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management immediately.
- Follow all company sanitation, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we value enthusiasm and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
