- Provide 24/7 check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accountability
- Utilize PMS software for real-time room status updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and services
