Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information about amenities and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Perform accurate cash handling and end-of-shift balancing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
