Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage room keys and access cards, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy front office environment.
- Friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or hotel software.
