Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments promptly and professionally.
- Manage front desk correspondence, emails, and internal mail distribution.
- Assist guests with general inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and services.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Support other departments during peak hours to ensure seamless guest operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
