Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and verifying identification with the highest level of accuracy.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person, and relay messages accurately to relevant departments.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain the front desk area in pristine condition, manage guest mail, process faxes, and handle daily cash reconciliation.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements to enhance their stay.
  • Safety & Security: Monitor security cameras, secure the property, and follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role within the hospitality industry.
