Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying guest identities, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
- Reservations: Answer incoming calls and manage online reservations, providing accurate information regarding availability and amenities.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and handle daily front desk paperwork.
- Security: Monitor lobby activity and ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Language: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable.
