Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying guest identities, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
  • Reservations: Answer incoming calls and manage online reservations, providing accurate information regarding availability and amenities.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and handle daily front desk paperwork.
  • Security: Monitor lobby activity and ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Technology: Proficiency with computers and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Language: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable.
