Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience not required
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
