Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage high-volume front desk operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling reservations efficiently.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist in coordinating special requests, from room service to transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency with PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera or Micros.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished appearance.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and a professional demeanor.
