Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls with a professional tone and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming appearance.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet coordination when necessary.
- Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a polite, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage weights.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
