Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration procedures are completed accurately.
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and requests with poise and efficiency.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with mail, packages, and general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
