Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, PMS) efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to guests
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
