Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and welcoming greetings to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage phone calls and inquiries with a high level of customer service and poise.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Assist in the sale of hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
