Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a smile.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process accurate nightly audits.
- Assist with baggage handling, valet coordination, and local area recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby environment.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license is required.
