Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival, establishing a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Reservation Management: Process reservations efficiently, verify guest information, and handle payments accurately using our property management system.
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing messages to the appropriate departments or guests promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure safety, order, and a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, process wake-up calls, and assist with mail and package handling.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
