Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying guest information and collecting payments accurately.
- Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions with efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating to management when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate guest records in our Property Management System (PMS) and prepare daily reports.
- Key Management: Safely handle and track room keys and access cards for guests and staff.
- Visual Standards: Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical: Proficiency with computers and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
