Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately using our hotel management software.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Upsell hotel services and promote our loyalty program to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
