Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and standards in guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas.
- Assist in the check-in and check-out processes using our property management system.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and mobile devices.
