Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience.
- Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying identity and payment information accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage guest inquiries via email, and provide information about local attractions in Fort Worth.
- Front Desk: Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate daily reports.
- Support: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine and fully operational.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Marketing: Upsell room upgrades and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
