Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Managing phone inquiries, emails, and reservations with precision, accuracy, and courtesy.
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate daily logs and financial reports.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and concierge services to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and building entry/exit procedures.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights to cover the front desk.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to stand for extended periods.
