As the General Manager, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage the hotel budget, financial reporting, and P&L responsibility.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and corporate accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office systems and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
