Responsibilities

- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and billing discrepancies
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, SynXis)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland attractions and services
