Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate department or taking detailed messages.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, and managing the lobby concierge services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
  • Process payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
