Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate department or taking detailed messages.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and managing the lobby concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial procedures.
- Must be professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
