Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas thoroughly to meet company quality standards.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made with fresh linens, pillows fluffed, and furniture arranged neatly.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and towels in guest rooms.
- Trash Management: Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the shift timeframe.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior housekeeping experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure rooms are spotless and welcoming.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to interact with management and guests.
