Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict adherence to cash-handling policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Assist with concierge services and provide accurate local area recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
