Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Cash handling and processing of guest payments accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required (we train!
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
