Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Manage reservation inquiries and modify bookings in real-time
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solutions-focused approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and reconcile daily cash/credit transactions
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols and confidential guest information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Basic knowledge of Nashville tourism and attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
