Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests with precision
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for optimal operations
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and professional conduct
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and per hotel protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
